The Grugahalle Essen is disabled-accessible. Please order your tickets timely by calling the eventim ticket hotline at: + 49 (0) 1806-570070 (0,20 €/call incl. VAT, Mobile max. 0,60 €/call incl. VAT). The hotline is available Mondays to Sundays from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

The actual event hall, located on the 1st floor, is directly accessible from the outside via a spacious lift. Next to the elevator there is a bell which you can use to call medical staff for assistance.
An extra stage for wheelchair users is set up for non-seated events. Two disabled WCs are located on the same level as the event hall and in the ground-floor foyer.
Please note: The disabled toilets must be opened with the Euro key*.
The Euro WC key fits motorway toilets, toilets in many cities in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and some other European countries. The Euro key is distributed throughout Germany and Europe by the Disabled Persons and Friends Club of Darmstadt and Environs (Reg. Assoc.) (CBF) and can be ordered here.
Disabled parking is available in front of the hall at car park P1A.
